Responsibilities include administering medications and treatments, providing wound care, and monitoring and documenting changes in residents' conditions. You will also collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
Requirements:
- Active RN license in the state of Missouri
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
- Basic computer skills
- Experience in long-term care preferred
